Who Should Join?
The Melbourne Institute Economics Forum is primarily structured to be of interest to two groups. The first group is comprised of senior executives, public servants, middle level managers, economists and business analysts. As professionals who are involved with business strategy or government policy, who are concerned daily with economic indicators and economic analysis, and who find a good and timely understanding of the business and economic environments essential, the presentation of the Melbourne Institute's forecasts is of interest.
The second group is comprised of professionals from government, business and the community who are drawn by each special topic introduced quarterly for briefing and discussion. The luncheons solicit input from members and guests regarding specific issues that are of interest. These issues become special topics that are made the subject of papers and presentations and released at the luncheons. Where individual members have specific needs or concerns, contract research and consultancy services are available.
