Respondent Information

The HILDA respondents are sent a primary approach letter and brochure/newsletter prior to their initial contact each wave. Some people are followed up later in the wave if they could not be interviewed earlier, and were then sent a followup newsletter. People new to the survey are given a new entrants brochure.

The HILDA Survey is known to respondents as the Living in Australia Study, which has a website containing information that respondents may find useful.
