About the Conference
To drive innovation culture in Australia, it is essential that company boards are focused on and capable of driving innovation at the company level.
This half day conference is designed for non-executive company directors and senior management of mid-size listed and large private companies.
The aim of the event is to present evidence (real world examples and research) which highlights how companies introduce successful change, with an emphasis on traditional industries in Australia. This conference will aim to move beyond fashionable slogans and formulaic mantras and focus on changing work and management culture.
