Neighbourhood and family effects on employment and employment aspirations

This project examines the impact on employment and employment aspirations of both (1) family background, particularly parents' education, occupation, affluence, and mother's labour-force participation and (2) neighbourhood context, particularly the socio-economic and ethnic make-up of the neighbourhood.
