Effect of changes to activity test arrangements on exit from payments - D: Work for the dole

This project examines the effect of the introduction of the Work for the Dole (WfD) program on exit from payments of Newstart allowance and Youth allowance (other) recipients. The focus of the analysis is the period when WfD operated between October 1997 and June 1998 prior to the introduction of Mutual Obligation (MO).
