Rosanna is the recently appointed Ronald Henderson Research Fellow, a position jointly funded by the Brotherhood of St Laurence.

Initially joining the Melbourne Institute in 1996 as a Kinsman Scholar, Rosanna was employed full time from 1997 to 2004 while completing her PhD. In 2005 she joined the Brotherhood of St Laurence as an Economist in Social Action Research.

As the Ronald Henderson Research Fellow, Rosanna is developing the capacity of the BSL for the economic analysis of social issues while allowing the Melbourne Institute to further develop its role in applied social policy research, with a strong focus on research relating to poverty, inequality and social welfare.
