Curriculum Vitae: (Full) (Brief)

Paul has been employed at the Melbourne Institute since September 2003. His current research interests are innovation, industry dynamics, health economics, climate change, and contract design. Much of his research has a strong public policy focus, and has been published in leading journals such as Economics Letters, Oxford Review of Economic Policy, Journal of Economic Surveys, Australian Economic Review, and The Economic Record. In addition, he has recently undertaken commissioned research for IBM, the OECD, the European Commission, Asialink and the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet.
